Alexandra’s instrumental skills include voice, flute, piano, and guitar, leveraging modern technology to bring innovative sounds to her work, making the digital realm an extension of her musical creativity. With experience producing and script supervising, Alexandra understands all aspects of the filmmaking process and strives to work as efficiently and true to the emotional intention as possible.

Alexandra is a rising film composer based in Sydney, Australia, with a dynamic background in both filmmaking and music.
She earned her bachelor’s degree from Sarah Lawrence College in New York, where she pursued a liberal arts education with a concentration in filmmaking and music. During her time at Sarah Lawrence, Alexandra discovered her passion for electronic music, mastering analog and digital techniques and refining her skills as a film composer.
Shortly after returning from New York, Alexandra was accepted into the renowned master’s program at AFTRS (Australian Film Television and Radio School), one of Australia’s leading film schools. This further deepened her expertise and broadened her creative horizons within the Australian film industry.

Alexandra has had the honour of being mentored by some of the industry’s leading musicians and composers, including Cameron Patrick, Giancarlo Vulcano, John Yannelli, Martin Goldray, and Greg Wise. These experiences have significantly shaped her approach to composition and expanded her musical capabilities. Her talents extend beyond composition; Alexandra is also experienced in orchestrating, arranging, conducting, and performing as a vocalist.

In addition to her composing work, Alexandra is involved with Resolution Pathways, a dispute resolution service for the music industry. Her role there underscores her commitment to supporting and advocating for musicians within the industry.
